Thank you for being quite simply brilliant at our wedding yesterday. Your attention to detail really made the day such a huge success; with praise coming from every guest that we have spoken to.

KatiKati Pauk
Kati worked for over a decade in events, marketing, PR and communications, in a variety of industries, before founding KP back in 1998. She now leads on our Private and Corporate portfolios. She is highly organised, incredibly efficient and extremely personable – vital qualities in this field. Her industry knowledge is exceptional – especially in relation to London’s ever-changing compendium of venues – but perhaps most importantly she has an uncanny ability to get inside her clients’ heads as she sets about delivering their dream events. She insists on retaining a hands-on approach which is something that her clients greatly appreciate.

Mish ToszeghiMish Toszeghi
Mish joined KP as a co-director in 2004, having worked for more than 15 years in travel and large-scale event management throughout Europe. Since then, he has built up the company’s Live Events and Travel portfolios, firmly establishing KP as a player in London’s ‘high-profile event’ scene. Mish has a flair for establishing positive, trusting and mutually rewarding relationships at all levels, and brings calm and the occasional touch of wisdom to any project.

Benita WakefieldBenita Wakefield
Benita has been project or stage managing events since 1990, principally in theatre (for the Royal Shakespeare Company as well as several West End producers) and for corporates (Ernst & Young and KPMG among others). Most recently she has been working on large educational events at the O2 and NEC and was privileged to be asked to be one of the Stage Managers on the Queen’s Jubilee Pageant. She’s also now in her third year as senior stage manager for the Dance Prom at the Royal Albert Hall.

ela-gurmenEla Gurmen
Few would argue with our description of Ela as one of the most talented, skilful, knowledgeable and delightful travel professionals in the world. With more than 20 years in the business, she remains as fresh as ever and brings unparalleled experience and charisma to all our travel related projects. As a tour manager she continues to be sought after by several top travel organisations, but in recent years has created a new niche for herself in the film industry, in which she has now worked at senior management level at a number of the world’s most prestigious festivals – among them, Berlin, Venice, Cannes and Montreal.

Jo DaykinJo Daykin
Jo is a respected media and events producer with a record of leading creative projects in many contexts; from the recording studio to the concert stage or outdoor event site. After 10 successful years as a Radio Producer with the BBC, she moved into events, managing high profile projects such as Proms in the Park for the BBC and the Dance Proms at the Royal Albert Hall. She brings the creative instincts of a producer along with a strong understanding of many technical aspects from big screens and HD projections to surround sound and on-line audio.

Nick KiddNick Kidd
With 30 years’ experience in Theatre and Events, Nick now produces events of differing character and with differing demands. In the last year he has produced London’s New Year’s Day Parade (5000 performers and a 250,000 street audience) as well as The Titian Experience for the National Gallery – a 30 seat mobile theatre in a Yorkshire field. For Nick, it’s the attention to detail that counts, no matter what the size. Nick is well connected within the industry and also brings expert knowledge in technical production and planning regulations.

Pete SargentPete Sargent
Pete has been involved in the planning and production of theatrical shows and one-off events for more years than he might like to remember – both in the UK and abroad. Highlights have included touring the Outer Hebrides with a Gaelic speaking theatre company; “Tosca at Earls Court” for Harvey Goldsmith; Thanksgiving Day Parades in the USA (project managing the giant inflatables) and a charity ball for the Ambassador of Oman, which featured a Royal Navy battleship. Needless to say, not much fazes him!
