This is a free service we provide to corporates who simply want a venue sourced for their events.

We do all the time-consuming work; identifying viable options based on your criteria and parameters, checking availability, ensuring appropriate facilities are in place, arranging show-rounds, negotiating rates and overseeing contracts. Once you’re happy with a venue and its contract terms, we’ll hand it back over to you so you can actually start planning your event.

Why don’t we charge for this?

It’s simple – we get paid an introductory fee by the venue (which is an industry standard), so you get our services free of charge!
