Case Study – Wedding
Kim and David | Wedding | August | London
Background & Brief
To find a quirky North London venue for a summer wedding for 80-100 guests. Needed possibility of outdoor reception and photos. Wanted a stylish look on a blue theme, live band and excellent food which had to be appropriate for a large contingent of Jewish guests, though not Kosher. Ambience had to be informal and relaxed, with the emphasis on music, party and dancing.
Planning
KP Events was responsible for the entire project, working with the bride on the initial creative, recommending and securing the perfect suppliers and delivering a flawless event on the day.
Delivery
The Pavilion at London Zoo offered something a bit different, an ideal location with outside space. The simple colour theme enabled us to create a hugely elegant and stylish backdrop to the event without bursting the budget. Blue floral decorations throughout, blue up-lighters, blue cupcakes, blue tumblers, blue chair bows were just some of the features. Even the band wore blue. We worked with the in-house caterers to deliver a fresh seasonal menu, ensured that much of the activity (Israeli dancing / photos / canapés) was taken outside, and secured a band that was highly interactive and engaging.
