how we work

The first step is for you to provide us with a brief. Some clients know exactly what they want to create while others don’t. Infact many people seem to know what they DON’T want, which is a great starting point from which to discover what you do want. We will work with you on this.

Once we have a clear understanding of what you would like to achieve, we will put together a detailed proposal containing several options and ideas on various aspects of your event. Proposals are provided free of charge on a no obligation basis and we will manage as much or as little of your event as you wish.

Briefs are normally taken by telephone, though on occasion it may be sensible for us to meet right at the very start.

Once you have seen the proposal, we will arrange site inspections of venues and locations that are of greatest interest and provide supporting information on any ancillary services (entertainer profiles, menus, testimonials, etc), enabling you to make a better-informed choice.

Upon reaching a final decision, we will send you a contract or confirmation document that incorporates all aspects of your event. Costs, timings and all ancillary services will be fully detailed so that there are no surprises, financial or other, along the way.

During your event, KP Events staff will be present to ensure that everything runs smoothly, giving you the opportunity to relax and enjoy the occasion with your guests.
