With degrees in psychology and philosophy, Mish at one time seemed destined to end up as a child psychologist. A chance opportunity however took him into the travel industry in which he remained for six happy years working as a freelance European Tour Manager. Fluency in French, German and Hungarian enabled him to work throughout the continent ensuring endless variety during those touring years.
One of his then clients, Destination Events Limited, an organisation that creates and stages large-scale high profile public spectaculars, tempted him away from the gipsy life. Mish then worked for over a decade on developing London's New Year's Day Parade into a high-profile fixture in London's event calendar, whilst also setting up and operating sister events to the parade in Paris and Maastricht.
Mish decided to join forces with his wife Kati in 2004, enabling KP Events to add a 'public events' management service to its private and corporate portfolio.
Much like Kati, Mish has a flair for establishing positive, trusting and mutually rewarding relationships at all levels, and this is the key reason that clients enjoy working with him. He is also widely experienced within the industry, well connected, and always offers a calm and realistic approach to any problem.
Mish is a father of two with a passion for anything to do with food and wine. He enjoys the day-to-day excitement of family life, plays tennis competitively and dabbles in a variety of hobbies that include writing, gardening and music. He loves traveling but is happiest in the kitchen cooking for his friends and family.
