• To arrange a two-day staff team-building trip for 135 people in an easily accessible European city.
• To create and deliver the ideal itinerary for the trip.
• To organise accommodation, land-transport, meals and entertainment, conference facilities, and appropriate open outdoor space for team building activities.

KP Events recommended the beautiful historic town of Chantilly, 40 km to the north of Paris. Renowned as the horse-racing capital of France, Chantilly also boasts one of the country’s finest Chateau, set amid splendid parks and forests.

The group arrived at staggered times, some travelling on Eurostar and others by air into Charles de Gaulle airport. Meet and greet staff handled arrivals and transfers to one of Chantilly’s finest hotels, the Dolce International. After a buffet lunch, the group took advantage of the hotel’s exceptional conference facilities, with a four-hour seminar. A gastronomic feast aboard a ‘Bateau Parisien’, one of the city’s most exclusive river cruise boats, ensured the guests had the opportunity to experience the majesty of Paris by night.

The following day, the grounds of the Hippodrome (race-course) in Chantilly were reserved for the group’s team building activities, which included air rifle target shooting, axe throwing and a treasure hunt. The group then returned to the hotel for lunch, after which coaches were on hand to return guests to their respective departure points.
